Tuesday: start class with openers, do problem 2.2 - focus on using survey data table to make decision about price to charge bike tour customers, work in small groups then share solutions/strategies, homework tonight is #6 p 38
Wednesday: review homework, discuss problem 2.3 - analyzing specific patterns on graphs, start problem 3.2 - introduction to equations, homework tonight is #7, 19 p 39 - 44
Thursday: review homework and turn in homework bundles, finish problem 3.2, no homework tonight
Friday: hand back homework bundles with comments, start problem 3.3 - complete of data table and attempt juicy equations, no homework tonight
RoShamBo - Integrated (earth science)
Tuesday: continue with expert groups - focus on mastering their topic within the earth, moon, sun system, life cycle of a star activity
Wednesday: each expert group checks key for their station and designs an engaging way to teach other students about their earth, moon, sun topic using the materials provided, homework tonight is to practice their earth, moon, sun teaching presentation
Thursday: form "jigsaw groups" with an expert of from each of the earth, moon, sun topics, start rotation of teaching each other about their topic, IMPORTANT FOR EACH STUDENT TO TEACH AND LEARN MATERIAL THOROUGHLY!!!, lost on the moon activity
Friday: continue with earth, moon, sun jigsaw groups, start features of the sun activity
