Welcome to Arapahoe Ridge, this is my twelfth year as registrar. Before coming to ARHS I was at Centaurus for two years. When I left the classroom to become a registrar I was very scared;  I took a chance and have loved every minute of it.

I was born in Lima-Peru and because of my father’s work we moved constantly from one country to another.  Living in Colombia right before I moved to Colorado, my father decided to send me with my sister to start college in the United States. When I moved to Colorado at age sixteen, I started college at the University of Colorado; I never imagined that I would make it my home, and twenty-four years later, I still love it. I also taught at Front Range Community College for twelve years in the business and ESL departments.

I have been living in Lafayette for twenty-one years with my husband, my youngest son and my two dogs (PD and Thumper).

I love to read, cook and shop, and most of all I love being with family and friends.

Bienvenidos a la escuela preparatoria de Arapahoe Ridge.  Estoy feliz de celebrar 12 años en esta escuela, antes estuve 2 años en Centauros. Cuando salí de Centauros sentía miedo pero tome  el riesgo y estoy feliz de haberlo  hecho.
Nací en la ciudad de Lima – Perú. Por el trabajo de mi padre estábamos mudando constantemente de país a país. Cuando vivíamos en Colombia, mi padre decidió mandarme a estudiar a al universidad con mi hermana a USA.
Cuando me mude de Colombia a Colorado a la edad de 16 años para comenzar la universidad en Boulder CU nunca me imagine que esta ciudad se convertiría en mi hogar. Después de 24 años amo esta ciudad
Viviendo en la ciudad  de Lafayette por 21 años, con mí esposo, mi hijo menor y mis dos perros (PD Y Thumper).
Fui profesora en la universidad de Front Range Community College por 12 años en el departamento de negocios y de Ingles como segunda lengua.
Me encanta leer, cocinar y salir de compras pero me gusta mas compartir tiempo con mi familia y amigos.
