Media Center Internet Use Contract

By using Internet Access in the Library/Media Center you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Acceptable Use Policy:
The purpose of Internet access in the Library Media Center is to provide access to unique resources and the opportunity for collaborative work. The use of this access must be in support of education and academic research and consistent with the educational objectives of Boulder High School (BHS) and the Boulder Valley School District (BVSD). Publication, ownership or transmission of any material in violation of any U.S. or state regulation is prohibited. All communication must use appropiate language and be polite. Do not swear, use profanity, vulgarities, or harass other users.

Access to the Internet through the Media Center computers is a privilege, not a right, and violation of this contract may result in loss of all BVSD and Boulder High privileges as well as include penalties up to and including suspension.

This contract is an adaptation of the BVSD Acceptable Use Policy outlined in both
BVSD Terms and Conditions for In-School Internet Access (8/96) and
BVSD Terms and Conditions for Full Internet Access (8/96)
