The BHMS Staff server is only available from within the BHMS computer network, not from home.
BHMS Server -->

When logged into the server, you have access to the following --> 
IMPORTANT -->
a login MAY be required to access the server. The login may require that you use:

bvsd\first.last and your normal login password
Admin
 - contains folders for all Admin and Secretaries
common
 - a folder for general sharing between all staff
Instruct
 - contains folders for all teachers
Instruct also contains @bhmstaff
 - this is a common folder for items such as P-T conference schedule, common forms, etc.
Student
 - contains folders for all students
Common items
 - each staff and student folder contains a private folder, common folder and drop folder.
Points to remember --> 
\\ are backslashes

Upper and Lower Case matters!
