| This form is to be used by Broomfield Heights Middle School students, parents and staff to request help with Infinite Campus and the BHMS Student Server. | ||
| PASSWORDS - to maintain the confidentiality of the information on Infinite Campus, original passwords can only be given out in person from the secretaries at BHMS during school hours. They are also available at Back-to-School Night and at Parent-Teacher Conferences. | ||
| PLEASE NOTE - Not all requests made via this form can be handled locally. The staff at BHMS will forward these requests to the appropriate office at BHMS or BVSD. Resolution of items submitted could take up to one week depending on the number of requests in progress. | ||
