The Analemmatic Sundial Project
Shortly after the Walk Through Time project was completed, a group of students, under the direction of Mary Pat Chady,
proposed a very fitting addition -- a sundial. Students chose an Analemmatic Sundial because it is
interactive -- which means the person provides the shadow to tell what the time is. They designed
the sundial, then built it along the path of the Walk Through Time. The Analemmatic Sundial Dedication
was held May 23, 2001.
