Open Enroll Steps:
Note the dates and deadlines for the
application process. These are specified by the Boulder Valley School
District (BVSD)
and usually are similar from one year to the next.
Step 2 - Get Application
• via
Web:
Go to the Boulder
Valley School District Website
(between 11/26/07 and 1/18/08) and follow the directions to download
an application form. The forms cannot be electronically submitted
- instead, follow the submission instructions in Step 3.
• from Community Montessori Elementary School:
Application forms will be available at the school office
(directions), after 26
November 2007. Complete the forms and submit following the
instructions in Step 3.
• from Boulder Valley School Open Enrollment Office:
Application forms will be available at the district open enrollment
office, at the BVSD Education Center
(directions), after
26 November 2007. Complete the forms and submit following the
instructions in Step 3.
Step 3 - Submit forms
The completed forms must be submitted to
the Boulder Valley School District Open Enrollment Office, at the
BVSD Education Center, 6500 Arapahoe Ave, Boulder
(directions).
Do not return the completed forms
to the Community Montessori office! Please see the
BVSD Open Enrollment website for further
information.
Note: under most circumstances, completed applications
require both parent's signatures.
