Educational Background

• May 2004- B.A. in Sociology, University of Colorado, Boulder
• December 2004- Elementary Teaching License, University of Colorado, Boulder.
• I am currently working on my Masters in Literacy in collaboration with BVSD and the University of Colorado.

Teaching Experience

Teaching has always been a lifelong goal for me. This is my first year in BVSD and I am very excited to launch my teaching career at CrestView. Throughout my education training, I volunteered in several Boulder Valley schools as part of my teaching practicum.

Personal Note

I grew up in Austin, Texas and moved to Boulder in 1999. I enjoy running, movies, and reading! I love working with kids of all ages, but I a special place in my heart for Kindergarteners!
