Teaching Experience
I
began my teaching career at J.E. Ober Elementary in Garrett, IN, where I taught
third and fourth grades for five years. I then moved to Boulder where I married
and started a family. In 1991 I began teaching at Crest View in a shared third
grade classroom with Patty Ahlstrand, who has since retired. Our job-share spanned
10 years. I also taught kindergarten and the Read to Achieve Program at Crest
View before returning to third grade.
Personal
Note
I am married and have
one son who is currently attending the University of Colorado. My passions include
competitive tennis, bicycling, and traveling.
