Coaches' Announcements:
One more week left in the season, I can’t believe State is already here! We had a great meet last weekend at League, everyone swam well.
We have four state qualifier times:
Rikk Shimizu: 200 Free (1:53.53); 100 Fly (57.01)
Matt Pulham: 50 Free (23.12)
Spencer Frebel: 100 Back (57.03)
We also had many great swims that were all recognizable and will be recognized at the Banquet next Sunday!
ON THE SCHEDULE FOR THIS WEEK:
Just state swimmers will attend practice including Andrew Bollinger and Will Pottoff for our relays.
TUESDAYS: PASTA DINNER AT JAY THOMPSON’S HOUSE
Right after practice we will head over for dinner at Jay’s house and everyone on the team is invited. Please let me know if you are attending if you are not a state qualifier so we can get a head count for Jay. Directions will be handed out at practice today and tomorrow.
Tuesday’s Practice will be broken up into groups:
3:15 in the water: Jay, Steve, Scott, Spencer (get done before a massage)
4:00 in the water: Rikk, Rin, Matt, Nathan (you guys can hang out and stretch)
Please come at the times I gave you so you can get your swim in before you massage!
Thursday: State Prelims
Everyone is driving up individually
No school for State Qualifies on Thursday or Friday (Brooks is working for a late start on Wed, we will let you know.

Everyone is going up to watch, unless you have been selected as a someone on deck you have to pay an admissions fee.
STATE SWIMMING ADMISSION PRICES
Spectator Admission Fee:
All Session Pass (Includes Swimming & Diving Prelims and Finals) $14.00
Diving only Pass (Includes Prelims and Finals) $10.00
SWIM PRELIMS OR DIVING PRELIMS OR COMBINED FINALS
Adult - $7.00 – each session
Student/child - $5.00 – each session
THREE SWIMMERS have been selected to be on deck, they have shown the most dedication to the team and have worked extremely hard in practice everyday!

Everyone will be let out of class at 1:55 to get on the bus and driving off at 2:05. We will stop for dinner after on the way back at Red Robin in Loveland.
Alright I believe that is it for this week, Jane Fettig sent out an email about the Banquet this weekend so please read that email from yesterday.
