Diana Mereness
Special Education

       Ms Mereness joined the Heatherwood staff in 2004, but has worked in Boulder Valley for many years at Foothill, Goldhill, Mesa and Whittier. She is a special education teacher in the Cross-Categorical classroom. She has an undergraduate degree in English and a Masters Degree in Special Education. She is the mother of two daughters (17 and 21) and an adult son. She also has a delightful grandson who is one year old. When she is not teaching she and her husband enjoy hiking, reading, gardening and playing with their grandson. She feels very lucky to be teaching at a wonderful school like Heatherwood.
