Husky Harvest Carnival
The 2004 carnival moved to a gloomy Friday afternoon to avoid conflicting with weekend activities: October 15 from 3:30 to 6:30 pm. The cool cloudy weather didn't stop the carnival, though a fair bit moved indoors. Still, you could dunk Mr. O or Sue or some other faculty in the frigid outdoor dunk tank.
The Fall Carnival is one of the highlights of the Heatherwood calendar. In the fall, prizes are dropped off in boxes in the lobby of Heatherwood. New or gently used toys are appreciated by a few days before the carnival. Check with your classroom parent to see if volunteers are needed.
Items are usually needed for both the cakewalk and the bake sale.
