High Peaks Educational Team

The Educational Team (ED Team) is the staff/parent team bringing together the High Peaks Elementary community to support its mission and philosophies. This can include overseeing the budget, fundraising, committees, curriculum and building decisions.

The ED Team is comprised of 11 Board Members including the principal, 5 faculty members of High Peaks (elected by faculty), and 5 parents or guardians of High Peaks Elementary students (elected by parents/guardians). As a parent-founded focus school, parent involvement is strongly encouraged and valued. The collaboration amongst parents, staff, and the principal at High Peaks is what makes High Peaks one of the best schools in Colorado.
