Theater Focus

Theater arts students explore the rigors of theatrical training, including play analysis, character work, exposure to various acting techniques, technical theater basics, play production, film production, reader's theater, and theater vocabulary. The historical, cultural, and literary elements of theatre are also explored. Guest artists and field trips are utilized to expose students to dance, music, and stage, as well as exposure to a variety of theatre genres.
