Welcome to the Monarch High School Cheer program website. This website is for the cheer squad, family, and friends who would like to follow one of the best high school competition cheer squads in Colorado!
Congratulations to both MoHi cheer squads and their coaches who received standing ovations from a large crowd for showing their Coyote spirit and their championship winning performances at the Battle for the Capital competition in Denver, October 24th! Awards were given to the Varsity squad for:
Overall Grand Champions !!
1st place, 5A Varsity
Showmanship
The Junior Varsity squad also won 3rd place for the 5A J.V category
Congratulations Head Coach Cathy Greene, who was named the 2009 Colorado Spirit Coaches Association (CSCA) Cheer Coach of the Year !!
Congratulations to the MoHi Varsity cheer team for being Grand Champions at Spirit Fest 2009 !!
