Calendar Event Posting

Do you need a login?

In order to post events to the Monarch Activity/Events Calendar you will need to have a login. Please use your firstname and last name (i.e. johnsmith)as your login. Your password may be whatever you wish. Be sure to include your name and email. Include your department or activity you sponsor in the location box.

To create your login you will need to click register on the small menu above the calendar. Once you register your login must be approved by a calendar administrator before you can submit events.

Already have a login?

You will need to login on the calendar page, click the login button on the small menu above the calendar.

Once you are logged in click on the red + (add event). Keep the title short as this is displayed on the monthly calendar. The description can be much longer. Select the appropriate category and don't forget the start time. If you would like people to be able to contact you regarding your event please include your email.

Once you submit your event it will need to be approved by a calendar administrator before it is displayed. Please be patient, this may take some time.
