Jazz Band

 

Who: any interested band or orchestra students.

 

What: a Jazz ensemble for students looking to stretch their musicianship.

 

Where: the Band room, #124

 

When: Sign up to audition 9/6-9/9. Bobcat Jazz will meet Mondays from 3:45-4:35 and Wednesdays 8:40-9:30.

 

Why: to explore this classic American art form , to learn new musical techniques and styles, and to have fun playing!

 

How: Pick up an audition sheet from Mrs. Parker and prepare your music. Plan to play for her sometime   during the week 9/6-9/9. Results will be posted 9/12.
