BOBCAT FOOTBALL PRACTICE BEGINS

Aug. 16th, 4:00 – 6:00 PM Monday through Friday.

All athletes must have completed paperwork to participate in football practices and games. Please bring necessary information to Check In on August 10th.

2011 Paperwork Required:

Current Physical (valid through the end of October 2011)

Completed 2011-12 Middle Level Interscholastic Registration Packet

(See BVSD Middle School Athletic Page for the registration packet)

Sports Fee

Aug 16th, 17th, 18th:

Helmets will be issued at the first practice.

**Helmets only for the first three days**

Conditioning & drills – no pads / non-contact / system, plays

Bring a mouth guard, water will be provided

Wear shorts/sweats, football shoes or athletic shoes

Aug 24th:

Begin full-contact practices

Wear full uniform, football shoes or athletic shoes and wear mouth guards

**NINE PRACTICES ARE REQUIRED BEFORE PLAYING YOUR FIRST GAME**

Monday through Friday attendance at practice. 4:00 – 6:00 PM

Players are students as well as athletes. Students will be held accountable for classroom participation, grades as well as their behavior. Student players are expected to communicate with his/her parents, teachers and coaches regularly and early to address any concerns.
