Dear Instructional Observer,

Thank you for helping us collect school-wide data that will help us refine our instructional practice.

Given the short duration of the classroom visits, it is likely that an observer may only see a few of the observable behaviors outlined in the data collection rubric.

Please only collect data you observe. Also, if possible collect an artifact from the lesson that speaks to the level of task being assigned.

Remember this information will be anonymously shared with the staff as a whole, in an effort to help us reflect about our practice. Thank you for your help.
