Eisenhower Dodgeball Tournament and Registration Information

The Game:

Brackets: Kindergarten/1^st grade; 2^nd/3^rd grades; 4^th/5^th grades; and an additional category of parents, Eisenhower alumni, faculty, and friends. This is a double elimination tournament; everyone plays at least two games.

Teams: Each team consists of twelve players-coed, equal number female and male; all team members must be eligible for the same bracket. (No mixed child/adult teams; student teams may only include students from one or both grades within their bracket.)  You may sign up  as an individual or as a member of a team.  If you know some of your team members will not be able to make a game, you may register more than twelve players, but only 12 players are allowed to participate in a given game, and all registered players must submit $35.00.  We will place individuals and combine groups to build teams.

How Do I Get On A Team?:  Registration packets sent home November 10.  Grade Representatives will come to your class, answer questions and help you get on a team.

Schedule:

Cost:  Each player must raise $35 (twelve-member teams must raise a minimum of $420), but more is wonderful! Players may pay the registration cost themselves or seek sponsorship from family, friends, local businesses—be creative! You may also choose to sponsor other players and/or teams. Remember—this is our school fundraiser.

Awards: Mr.

Registration: To register as an individual, submit only the Player Registration Form with payment. To register with a group of friends/adults as a team, submit a Player Registration Form for each member AND a Team Registration Form with all funds. All registrants must sign and turn in the attached waiver and forms (online at www.bvsd.org/schools/Eisenhower/PTA/Events/Pages/DodgeballTournament.aspx.) 
If you need help covering your registration costs, please contact us. Alternately, if you would like to sponsor another player or team, please let us know as well. All forms and payments (please make checks out to “Eisenhower PTA”) must be returned to the Eisenhower office by 3:30pm on Registration Day.
