​IKE School Accountability Committee & Unified Improvement Plan
 
Unified Improvement Planning (UIP) was introduced in Colorado in order to streamline the improvement planning components of state and federal accountability requirements. As in previous years, each school focuses on the following goals:
  • Achievement Goal (which is now broken into two categories, Academic Achievement and Academic Growth),
  • Equity (now called Academic Growth Gaps), and Climate (no changes).
