The Fairview Science Department offers high-level courses designed to educate students in the sciences. We are proud to utilize the latest in teaching methods and technology to educate our students in the best way possible. Fairview Science emphasizes a learning-through-experience strategy, and we offer the highest in facilities for our students. Fairview offers courses for Physical Sciences, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology. We are also proud to offer upper-level AP/IB courses for all three of the core subjects (Bio, Chem, Phys). These are the specific courses we offer: Anatomy, Bio-Chem, Biology, Biology (Pre-IB), IB Biology, Chemistry, Chemistry/Physics (Pre-IB), IB Chem I, IB Chem II, Earth Science, Physical Science, Physics, IB Physics I, IB Physics II.
