About The Student Achievement Center (SAC)

The Student Achievement Center (SAC) is a tutorial/computer/College Board prep center whose mission is to assist each Fairview High School student in attaining his or her academic potential.  The SAC is a quiet, safe, academic environment, staffed by a full-time professional counselor, where students may come in and do their homework, use a computer to research a subject, or meet with an expert in a particular subject area. The tutors are drawn from the Fairview staff, exemplary upper-level Fairview students, University of Colorado undergraduate and graduate students, and retired professionals from the Boulder community. We also offer review courses for the ACT, PSAT, SAT, SAT II and AP college entrance exams.  All levels of ability are welcomed and encouraged to engage in this valuable time-management service.
