In Catering 1 you will learn the basics of cooking, learning a broad range of techniques and using as many different ingredients as possible.  Catering 2 (for which Catering 1 is a prerequisite) is a continuation, with a focus on international cooking.

Fashion Production is a class in which you learn about the basics of sewing and design.  About one-third of the class is focused on design and about two-thirds is focused on sewing, including hand sewing, machine sewing and serging.  There are also units on personal style, clothing care and merchandising.

Classes are held in the newly remodeled 300 level.  New kitchens! New sewing machines!
