A Night at the Theatre - WINTER CONCERT HELP NEEDED:
Join a fun team of school staff and PTA putting on the Winter Concert‟s "Night at the Theatre" on February 19th . Most, if not all, positions below will have a student "shadow" to assist and learn from you!
Box Office Managers (2 volunteers)
1.5 hrs on February 19th. Arrive at school at 6pm to help set up lights and chairs, distribute tickets. Enjoy concert and then help clean-up for 30 minutes.
House (usher) Managers (2 volunteers)
1.5 hrs on February 19th. Arrive at school at 6pm to help set up lights and chairs, then help usher/seat people. Enjoy concert and then help clean-up for 30 minutes.
Back Stage Managers (2 volunteers)
1.5 hrs on February 19th. Arrive at school at 6pm to help set up lights and chairs, then help guide chorus on stage, assist with maintaining discipline, help students open/close curtain. Enjoy concert and then help clean-up for 30 minutes.
Preshow Managers (2 volunteers)
45 mins on February 19th. Arrive at school at 6:15pm to help student instrumental performers set up and monitor student instrumental performances. Enjoy concert.
Concessions Managers (4 volunteers)
1.5 hrs on February 19th. Arrive at school at 6:20pm to set up concessions table. Sell concessions and baked goods until 7pm. Enjoy concert. Sell concessions after concert for 20 minutes, clean-up for 10 minutes.
Dads Who Sing &/or Play Guitar (2-3 volunteers)
45 mins on February 19th (& meeting prior to concert date). Musically inclined dads needed to open the Winter Concert with sing-a-long. Arrive at school by 6:25pm, on stage at 6:45pm.
