Developing skills for life, career, and community leadership

Catering, Fashion Production and Interiors
In these courses, students broaden their understanding and appreciation of food, fashion, and interior design.  They develop their senses while learning the practical skills of the trade.  The class formats include hands-on instruction, cooperative activities, individual and group projects, and guest speakers.  Class activities integrate personal and leadership activities from the vocational student organization, Family, Career and Community Leaders of America.

Living on Your Own
This course is designed to help students sharpen their focus on their own life.  Its purpose is to help them gain a clear picture of who they are and how they got that way, and most importantly, to help them make wise choices in their life.
