Tonight or ASAP

  1.  Parent Email address(es) to Linda Stauf in person or e-mail to mhs_band_members@stauf.comcastbiz.net.  There is a limit of two email addresses per family.
  2.  Turn in the volunteer form to Christy Reysen in person or email to careysen@hotmail.com
  3.  Read through the packet of material you were given tonight.
  4.  If you would like to begin participating in the BOOSTER BUCKS program place an order tonight.
  5.  Make $375 Marching Band Donation to Music Boosters.  Donations are tax deductible.  Save your check as a receipt.
  6.  Pay instrument use & maintenance fee of $75 for all students using school instruments (this Piccolo includes Piccolo, Baritones, Tubas, Drum/Percussion, Tenor Sax ,Bari Sax, French Horn)

 June 7, 2010

  2.  Turn in the volunteer form, parent contact form, required t-shirt order form, chaperone contract at the collection table outside the band room.
  3.  Make Marching Band donation to Music Boosters.  Alternate payment plan: June 7  $187.50 due, July 1 $187.50 due. 
  4.  If your company has a matching program, please feel free to use it (Ball, and many other local employers, has such a program). 
  5. Pay instrument use & maintenance fee of $75 for all students using school instruments (this includes Baritones, Tubas, Drum/Percussion, Tenor Sax ,Bari Sax, French Horn) payable to MHS.
  6. Place a BOOSTER BUCKS order or purchase on hand gift cards from the table.

July 26, 2010

  1.  All Marching Band donations and instrument use & maintenance fees are due to the Music Boosters. (If this is a problem, plan to make payments throughout the spring and summer).
  2. First day of BAND CAMP!!!      Band Camp is Mandatory
