COUGAR FOOTBALL PRACTICE STARTS
Aug. 16th, 3:45 – 5:30 P.M
All athletes must have completed paperwork to participate in football practices and games. Please bring necessary information to registration on August 12th!

Aug. 12th:
During School Registration--Football Helmet/Lockers will be assigned to players with completed paperwork. Bring a Lock & Combo/Key for PE Teacher
Aug. 16th, 17th, 18th:
**Helmets Only for the first 3 days**
Conditioning & Drills – No Pads / Non-Contact / System, Plays
Bring a Water Bottle and Mouthguard
Wear Shorts/Sweats, Football Shoes/Sneakers
Aug. 24th:
Begin Full-Contact Practices
Wear Full Uniform, Football Shoes/Sneakers; Mouthguard, Water Bottle
**NINE PRACTICES ARE REQUIRED BEFORE PLAYING YOUR FIRST GAME**
M-F attendance at practice, 3:45 – 5:30 p.m.
Players are students as well as athletes. If a class is troublesome, the player is expected to communicate with his/her parents, teachers and coaches regularly and early for help addressing his/her academic concerns.
