  PEN is a parent-based group focused on developing parenting skills
  PEN offers monthly presentations, free and open to the public
  PEN promotes well-being and resiliency in youth
  PEN offers education, builds awareness, and provides resources on a variety of relevant topics concerning today’s youth
  PEN encourages and welcomes participation from the entire community
