Welcome to the Superior Elementary Library!
The Superior Elementary School Library encourages all students to reach their individual potential by engaging them in reading and researching experiences. Our library will prepare students to to enjoy reading, and conduct research independently, logically and creatively.
Please feel free to contact Lisa Nyhuis, School Librarian, at 720-561-4119 or email@example.com, for any questions or concerns about the Media Center (library) or student literacy curriculum.
The library is open from 7:45 to 3:45 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday; and 7:45-2:30 on Thursdays.
Materials should be returned two weeks after check-out day. Students may check out the same number of books as their grade, plus one. (1st gets 1+1=2 books, etc.)
Parents and guardians are welcome to come in and check out materials as well. We have a growing Parent Library collection, with child development books, Book Club building books, books on EIP's and 504's, and general parenting. We also have CD read-alongs for some of out picture books, books on tape/CD for several fiction chapter books, as well as movies and music CD's. Check us out!
