Applications for Aspen Creek's first chapter of the National Junior Honor Society are now being accepted.  Seventh and eighth grade students with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.5 with characteristics of leadership and service in the community are encouraged to apply.  (Sixth graders will be eligible to apply after second trimester).  The NJHS is a great way to recognize outstanding students and work with them as they take an active part in the community with various service projects.  Applications are available from Mrs. Arreola and Mrs. Sumerfield and will be due on November 30.
