Wow! It's already February!
Parent conferences are scheduled for this week and next. Please check with your child's teacher if you need to schedule or reschedule a conference time.
January homework (12 total assignments for the month) and reading calendars are due this Friday.
This Friday's (February 3rd) spirit day is hat day! A $1 donation is requested, which will be given to charity.
Valentine's Day festivities will be fairly short and sweet. Look for information to come home soon.
You child's teacher sent home an e-mail today detailing some third grade norms we discussed today with the entire third grade. We'll also post them here for reference.
Third Grade Norms
Being C.H.I.P. Outside & During Transitions
1. When little things hurt my feelings I will talk directly to the person and will use “I” messages. (I feel . . . ; I am feeling . . . )
2. Be honest with your peers.
3. Be nice to your peers – don’t tease (names, faces, notes, whispering).
4. Forgive and let little things go.
