Fifth Grade Teachers

 Andrea Cipoletti

Andrea Cipoletti is starting her 11th year teaching 5th at Aspen Creek. Prior to coming here, she taught in Washington state, eastern Colorado and New Hampshire. This is the second year that Mr. and Mrs. Cipoletti are job sharing. She is a Colorado native who loves the mountains, outdoors, reading and spending time with her husband and four kids  (6 1/2, almost 5, 2 1/2 and almost 6 months).

 Dan Cipoletti

Dan Cipoletti is starting his second year as a teacher, job sharing with his wife, Andrea.  He really loves being able to split time being in the classroom and with his four children.  Dan is a native of Colorado and has lived all over the state…from places such as Canon City to Greeley.  Outside of the classroom Dan loves to spend time with family, read, play with his kids, and follow Colorado Buffaloes basketball and football.

 Debbie Deem

Debbie Deem has been at Aspen Creek K-8 School since it opened, twelve years ago.  She worked as the literacy specialist for three years and then moved to fifth grade and has been there for the past nine years.  Prior to Aspen Creek, she taught fourth grade at Heatherwood Elementary for eight years.  She is married to Tom and has two girls, Samantha, age 10 and Sydney, age 4.  She loves to spend time with her family in the outdoors.  The question she gets asked the most is "Did she ever play basketball?"  The answer is yes, she was the starting center at the University of Colorado in the early nineties.  She also thinks that the Broncos are the best!!!  Even though someone on her team would disagree.

 Pat Eichner

Pat Eichner has been a member of the Aspen Creek community since 2001. He started as a paraprofessional and then joined the 5th grade team five years ago. Pat loves working with children. He also enjoys taking photos, playing and coaching sports (especially cheering on the losing Raiders football team).

 Leslie Sacher

Leslie Sacher is starting her first full year at Aspen Creek K-8. She worked at ACK8 last spring as a literacy teacher and is excited to re-join the 5th grade team who showed her the ropes when she student taught at Aspen Creek in 2009. She is a Colorado native and outdoors enthusiast – running and hiking are two of her favorites. Aside from teaching, Ms. Sacher is an avid writer and is currently working on a few kid stories she’d like to publish. She, too, loves cheering on her favorite sports teams, including her CU Buffs, Colorado Rockies, and New England Patriots.
