Out-of-State College Fair
All interested juniors and seniors should attend the out-of-state college fair to meet representatives from universities and colleges from around the nation.  Get all your questions asked and gather information to make your post-graduate decisions.
  
In-state College Fair
All interested juniors and seniors should attend the in-state college fair at the University of Colorado campus to gather information and ask questions of representatives from Colorado universities and colleges. 
 
Naviance Training
Come to Centaurus High School for training in a dynamic college search website tool that students and parents have access to.  This training will be in the CHS social studies lab on October 14th at 5:00 p.m.  Please e-mail Sarina Gonzales if you plan on attending this training in order to ensure that your registraion inforamtion for the website is prepared for that evening presentation.
  
PSAT Test

On Saturday October 18th, 2008 Centaurus High School will be offering the PSAT test to interested sophomores and juniors.  The test will start at 8:00 a.m. on the 18th.  Students will need to be at Centaurus by 7:45 a.m. with a picture I.D., a number 2 pencil and a calculator (function, scientific or graphing calculator).  The test will conclude by noon that day.  Sign up for the PSAT will begin on September 15th in the counseling office.  The last day to sign up will be October 13th; space will be limited so encourage your student to sign up early.  The fee for the test is $20, please speak with a counselor if you need assistance with that fee.
