Welcome to Mrs. Buffer's Kindergarten Website!!

Kindergarten is the most amazing time for kids!  It is their first introduction to formal education and should be a wonderful experience from the first day!  I want all students to have a love of learning and to be actively involved in their own learning.

My own children are proud graduates of Coal Creek Elementary, Louisville Middle School, and Monarch High School.  I am proud to be an integral part of Boulder Valley Schools.

Teaching Kindergarten is a second career for me and I love it and the challenges it brings!  My husband Steve and I have lived in Louisville for more than 25 years.  We love living here and think this IS the best place in America to live!

I love to read, travel, cook, and spend time with my family.  Art History is one of my hobbies, along with playing Mahj Jhongg and spending time with family.  I collect Depression Glass and will read just about anything having to do with history in some form or fashion! 

I learn so much from my students everyday and am excited to come to work.  I want my students to feel the same way about school!
