Project Selection and Safety Guidelines - guidelines for a safe project - note that anything which could be hazardous to the public, the exhibitor, or other exhibitors is PROHIBITED at the Science Fair 
Presentation Board Order Form - illustration of a science fair project display, and form for ordering a presentation board - due December 5-9, 2011. Cost is $4.00
Project Proposal Form - form that must be turned in describing your science fair project - due December 5-9 2011
Reviewer Information and Form - parents interested in being reviewers, recruiting reviewers, or helping set up can fill in this form and return it with your students project proposal form
