New Families … Welcome to Eisenhower!
Eisenhower staff, parents, and PTA members would like to welcome new families to Eisenhower for the 2013-2014 school year - including the incoming Kindergartners! Please join us at these casual play dates on the Eisenhower playground:
  • Tuesday, June 18 @ 3-5 pm
  • Monday, July 1 @ 5 pm - Potluck Picnic @ Rock Park
  • Friday, July 26 @ 10-noon
  • Monday, August 19 @ 2:30 p.m. - Annual Kindergarten Popsicle party with a visit from the Eisenhower kindergarten staff and Ms. McKercher, the principal
Please contact Christy Spielman: cspielman@gmail.com if you would like to be put on an email list to be notified about rain dates or set up another time to meet with Eisenhower families over the summer.
Also, mark your calendars for these important events:
  • August 21 Meet’n'Greet @ 2:00-3:00 p.m. Drop off supplies and meet your new teacher
  • August 27 Back-to-School Night – Grades: 1st (5:00-6:00 p.m.) , 3rd (5:30-6:30 p.m), 5th (6:00–7:00 p.m.)
  • August 28 Back To School Night- Grades: 2nd (5:00–6:00 p.m.), 4th (5:30–6:30 p.m.), K (6:00–7:00 p.m.)

Eisenhower Parents--
We will be notifying students of their 2013-14 Classroom Teacher through a postcard in the mail! The postcards will be mailed on August 14, 2013, which is the official BVSD date for releasing class lists. This is a more confidential way of letting families know which teacher their child will have and helps keep our students that much safer. Thanks for your support of this new school policy. Watch your mailboxes for the exciting news!

If you have a student new to the Boulder Valley School District, you may enroll them for Fall 2013 through Student Enrollment Online (https://enroll.bvsd.org).  Please contact the Student Enrollment Center if you have questions: 720-561-5247 or enrollment.helpdesk@bvsd.org.

The Eisenhower Community encompasses families living in our neighborhood as well as

families from all over BVSD and neighboring areas. We embrace our rich diversity

and believe that each student brings something unique and special to our school.

Eisenhower offers strong academic curriculum with support for all learners and an

enriching specials program including vibrant visual arts, comprehensive music

instruction, and a vigorous PE program. We challenge and engage our talented and

gifted learners, and our Special Education program is truly inclusive. Our ESL

Program serves students from around the world, supporting their development of

Englishlanguage skills. We are proud of all that Eisenhower offers our students!
