Purchase school supplies, student pictures, yearbooks, King Soopers & Safeway Cards.
Turn in ALL Registration Forms/Bring in Medications and Medication Forms/Do your Background Check, Learn about Kindergarten Enrichment, New Family Information, YMCA, Annual Giving Campaign and PTO, Library Volunteer Sign-Up, Etc.
Payments may be made by credit card, checks or cash. You will need separate checks for LifeTouch and PTO. If you need financial assistance see Rhonda or Suzy from the Flatirons Office!
Medications for the Health Room:
Request for Giving Medication Form - Bring any medications that need to be administered at school to Registration day along with a completed Request for Giving Medication form for each medication signed by you and your physician. For more information please visit our Medications in School page.

If you would like to pre-order your school supplies for Fall 2014 from PTO please complete the 2014-2015 School Supplies Order Form and send it to the Flatirons office with:
Option 1) a check made out to Flatirons PTO with your child's name and next year's grade on the bottom of the check
Option 2) a printed receipt from PayPal when you use the PayPal School Supplies button below (please note names and grades in PayPal for whom you are paying for and note any additional donation you are making)
