SMART Goal for Equity:

By spring of 2011, we will increase Special Education growth percentile in Writing from 50 to 56 based on the Colorado Growth Model.

SMART Goal for Achievement:

By spring of 2011, we will increase overall Math growth percentile from 51 to 58 based on the Colorado Growth Model.

SMART Goal for Climate:

By spring of 2011, we will develop a safe and positive learning environment at Foothill Elementary. We will increase the number of students feeling safe with and supported by adults and other students and their confidence in bullying situations as measured by the following questions on the Spring 2011, climate survey. Our target goals are based on returning to previous years’ scores or scoring above the district average.
