Registration
Below are all forms and information needed to enroll and register your new or returning student at Heatherwood Elementary. If Heatherwood is not your 'home' school (see School Finder at BVSD) you must go through the Open Enrollment process before registering at Heatherwood (note: The application deadline for Open Enrollment for the 2011-2012 school year is January 14, 2011 at 4:00 p.m.).
Tours led by principal, Larry Orobona for Heatherwood Elementary will be December 9, 2010, December 13, 2010 and January 6, 2010. All tours will be from 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. No appointment is necessary, just meet in the school lobby.
If these dates are not convenient; tours are available by appointment by calling 720-561-5586.
Kindergarten Preview and Information Session for registered students will be held Thursday, April 14, 2011 at 3:00 - 4:30 p.m. in the Library.
Enrollment for:
Preschool
Step One: Click on the Preschools link for information about Preschool.
Step Two: Call the Preschool Office at 720.561.5075 to enroll for preschool.
Kindergarten
Step One: Complete the District On-Line Enrollment at http://enroll.bvsd.org/
Step Two: Then from the end of the enrollment process please print and include:
- The printed PDF receipt/confirmation page with the barcode
- Emergency Card
- Home Language Survey
Step Three: Bring the above documents with the following documentation and forms to the Heatherwood School Office at 7750 Concord Dr., Boulder, CO 80301, Phone - 720-561-5586, Fax 720-561-6965.
Children entering Kindergarten must be 5 years old on or before September 30th of the school year. Kindergarten is a half-day program, mornings (8:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.) or afternoons (11:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.), five days a week.
Heatherwood Elementary offers a fee-based program called Kindergarten Enrichment (Formerly K-CARE) for the other half of the day. Students are registered in Kindergarten Enrichment ONLY upon receipt of all forms above.
Kindergarten Enrichment options are: M-F–5 days, M/W/F–3 days, and T/TH–2 days.

1st-5th Grade
