Ruth Colby - Health Room Para
2010 marked my fifth year at High Peaks and BCSIS, but my twelfth as a Health Room Para. My commitment to Boulder Valley Student Health began in 1992 as a health room parent volunteer. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Developmental Psychology from CU Boulder and have held Red Cross Certification continuously for 18 years. I am a dedicated walker and just completed the “Flat Fourteeners” online challenge. |

I Grew up in Hawaii and earned my degree from the University of Hawaii in Elementary Education. I have been associated with High Peaks as a parent, volunteer , substitute teacher and para educator. My interests include movies, photography and cooking. |
