Student Registration

All students new to BVSD enroll online at: http://enroll.bvsd.org/
Before beginning the registration process, please have the following information available:
Demographic information for the student, parent/guardians and other household members
Emergency contacts information, including health care provider contact information
Educational history for student
Health information for student
Special needs information for student
Immunization records
Age Requirements:
Kindergarten students must be 5 years old on or before September 30 of the enrollment year.
1st grade students must be 6 years old on or before September 30 of the enrollment year.
Exceptions to the age requirements: please contact the Office of Advanced Academic Services, (720) 561-5067.

Once you complete online enrollment, please provide the following documentation to the Mesa Office:
Printed PDF pages from the Student Enrollment Online form;
Proof of Birth Date (copy of Birth Certificate or Passport);
Records of updated immunizations;
Current proof of residency (water, electric, trash, heating bill, house contract, or lease agreement). If you are residing with another family, please complete the Doubled-up Household Verification form.

Remember to request official records from any previously-attended school for your 1st-5th grade.

If your student has been offered, and you have accepted, a seat through the open enrollment program, continue the enrollment process by completing the Student Enrollment Online form at http://enroll.bvsd.org/
