Monarch K-8 hosts the Boulder Valley School Districts center-based program for students who are deaf and hard of hearing. The Monarch K-8 community- teachers of the Deaf, general education teachers, interpreters, speech language pathologists, counselors, social workers, administration, support staff and parents - collaborate to provide services to meet the individual and unique needs of each student.  All communication modes are respected and supported. Students at the center based program have access to; Deaf role models, social events, Deaf Culture classes, American Sign Language classes for staff and families.
