Monarch K-8 Counseling

School counselors are an important part of the educational leadership team and provide valuable assistance to students, families and the educational team.  We spend most of our time in direct service to and with our students. Our duties are focused on the overall delivery of the counseling program through guidance curriculum, individual student planning and responsive services. Another chunk of our time is devoted to system support. For consistency and support of student success, each counselor stays with their grade level(s) for all 3 middle-school years.
