Process for Selection of 360 Leaders
A notice is sent out to all 7th grade students about 360. During a couple of Connect periods the students are invited to attend a meeting where Karen Keeler and Justin Oberndorf explain the 360 program, the qualities the school is looking for in their 360 leaders and the deadline for submitting the application.
After students apply, an applicant list is generated and given to ALL the faculty and staff at Platt. The adults have one week to give Mr. O and Ms. Keeler feedback.
Feedback is received from the 6th grade team, 7th grade team, elective team, CHOICE team, lunch room staff, and administration.
All comments are reviewed.
Mr. O and Ms. Keeler compile the results
