Process for Selection of 360 Leaders

A notice is sent out to  all 7th grade  students about 360.  During a couple of Connect periods the students are invited to attend a meeting where Karen Keeler and Justin Oberndorf explain the 360 program, the qualities the school is looking for in their 360 leaders and the deadline for submitting the application.

  • After students apply, an applicant list is generated and given to ALL the faculty and staff at Platt.  The adults have one week to give Mr. O and Ms. Keeler feedback.
