Connected Math Website

Following is the website to get more information about the Connected Math concepts.

After clicking on the website above (or typing it in to your web browser), move your cursor on the phrase "mathematical help" and click it, you will go to the website that has a list of the books.  If you do not see "mathematical help" you may need to scroll down the page. 

 

For each book, there are overviews of the concepts.  After clicking on the book, see the green bar on the left.  Click on "Concept with Explanation".

Updated Calendar
Please note that I have updated my calendar which is viewable under "Upcoming Events" on the left side of my web page.  You will see meetings that I will need to attend and therefore will not be able to provide help.  I have also updated bus duties (which is only from 3:30-3:45 pm)  for the next couple of months.  I am usually at school from 7:45 amuntil 5 pm and can help students when I do not have meetings or other appointments.  I will do my best to keep my calendar updated with any upcoming appointments.
 
 
data for Samples & Populations Inv. 2.4
I've uploaded 2 documents (one is an Excel Spreadsheet and the other is a Word document) which list sthe data we shared in class on Friday, December 17th.  This data is needed to make the line plots in Investigation 2.4.  The documents are available in the document folders (see the left margin of my website.  Click on documents, then click on Connected Math, then click on Samples and Populations.  Lastly, choose the document format you prefer.  Both documents contain the same data.

Monday –  Study for Unit Test

Tuesday – Unit Test

**Wednesday/Thursday – start new unit – Samples and Populations; Finish Inv. 1.1 & 1.2

**Friday – Finish worksheets CC-61 and CC-62 if not completed in class

 

Geometry Advanced - Kasai

Monday – 541-543; {2, 5, 8…29} and 33

Tuesday – p. 545-546; {2, 5, 8…20} and 21 and study for Chapter 13.1-13.5 Test

Wednesday – Chapter 13.1-13.5 Test

Friday – finish worksheets 11.9 & 11.10 if not completed in class.

Click on Documents/Handouts in upper left corner.
Then click on the appropriate class folder.
 
If in M-25 math, after clicking on that folder, click on the new unit - Samples and Populations and the worksheets for 12/16 are in that folder.
