About Uni Hill

Centennial

University Hill Elementary School first opened its doors as University Hill Intermediate School in 1906. It is a historic school, designated as a local landmark, with the original construction dating to 1905. Subsequent historic additions were constructed in 1924, 1929 and 1937. Recent Bond construction completed in 2010 included window rehabilitation, augmentation of music, art and physical education spaces, restoration of the original front entrance, and installation of energy-efficient lighting and mechanical systems.
