Mission & Vision

Mission - At University Hill Elementary we strive to create a learning environment that provides meaningful experiences that develop critical thinkers, problem solvers and life long learners. We provide instruction that engages students in academic activities that meet their individual needs while making progress toward the state standards.

Vision - As a community, the staff, students and parents at University Hill Elementary work to create a safe and bias-free environment where we embrace each other’s differences in culture, language, beliefs, race, sexual orientation, gender identity, learning styles and family structures. We strive to model and practice democratic principles that help lead to a just society, where all members see themselves as vehicles of change.
