Experience at what grade levels:  K - 2nd for two years in Jamaica, K, 1st and 4th for three years in Pagosa Springs, 4th-5th for a year in Adams County 14, and 2nd for three years at Lafayette Elementary before coming to Ryan.

Schools/colleges attended:  George Washington High School in Denver, B. S. in Elementary Education from C. U. Boulder, Masters of Teaching and Learning from Regis University in Denver.

Favorite thing about working at Ryan:  The supportive parents, the creative and enthusiastic children,  and the caring and extremely knowledgeable staff

A goal for the year:  To integrate math and science into our other subjects as naturally and enjoyably as reading and writing have been!

An interesting tidbit that you want to share:  I make wedding dresses and Belgium Bobbin Lace as hobbies, and have been a ski instructor and piano instructor for as young as three year olds.  My husband's lived at the South Pole, and we're currently putting an engineering-son and a chemist-daughter through college.
