Student Report Card

At the end of each trimester, we discuss with students the importance of reflecting on our work. By reflecting on what we have done, we can feel good about progress we have made already and set goals for the future.

When completing the student report card, please spend some time with your child reflecting on the trimester. Encourage him/her to talk honestly about areas for growth and areas of strength.

Please use the content standards scoring system (4-1) at the top of the report card to assess each standard. This tool is new to the district, and will be used by all Superior/Boulder Valley teachers on each child’s report card. You may then use this same sheet with your child at the end of 2nd and 3rd trimester.

Thank you for your time with this important REFLECTION activity. We will use this report card as part of our parent-teacher conferences to discuss your child’s perspective of his/her progress thus far.
